For most of my life I have been very fortunate to be one of those people who is self reliant. I am like this because of the simple fact that to me its normal to be so.

Unfortunately this would not remain the case.

In the autumn of 1996 I had the ill fortune of the local authority moving a thug into the flat below the one in which I lived.

Over the next few weeks the thug would play loud music on his hi-fi at all hours of the day and night and when asked to reduce the volume, would be abusive, and later threatening; including threats of physical violence.

I approached the local authority to get the matter dealt with but the efforts were frankly pathetic. They assigned a wishy-washy idiot called Neville Payne to the case. His repeated attempts to get the thug to stop his, by now, deliberate disturbance failed to have any effect of any kind whatsoever.

The hi-fi noise became ever worse and the thug began to enjoy his abuse and carried on to escalate his noise activities to an even greater level.

By now the Police were involved, as the threats were getting more serious than before.

They were repeatedly called on many occasions as were the local authority. Both failed to have any effect on the noise situation.

Even the councillor for the area, Chris Mullins, turned out to be just as useless as all those who had gone before.

Matters were made much worse when I visited the local police station to complain about the complete failure of their officers to improve the situation, and was told to do all of the things which I had already done; such as writing to senior officers regarding the problems I was having.

This clearly showed that the police were just a useless waste of time.

I even wrote to the then Chief Constable, and idiot called Whitehouse.

I discovered just how much the police don’t like being complained about; I ended up being thrown out of the police station by two thugs called Webber and Dean because they would not let me address my problems to their superiors. I complained about their assault to the then Police Complaints Authority, and as you might expect, they lied to the investigation of that authority. It turned out that the camera which covers the reception area of the police station is not active; a matter which was brought to my attention by an Inspector Jemmett. I have no doubt this was yet another lie, used to cover the backs of the thugs Webber and Dean.

Three years of useless, pathetic worthlessness from the idiots of the local authority, and four magistrates court cases in which I appeared as a witness for the prosecution and succeed with the authority in showing to the satisfaction of these courts that we were telling the truth; as shown by the fact that we won all four of these proceedings. The thug was finally brought to the County Court at Lewes in 2001; a case heard by Judge Gamber.

We, the authority and I, showed that the thug had continued to breach the orders of the preceding magistrates courts by continuing to use his hi-fi at high volume at all hours of the day and night as he saw fit.

During the proceedings, the thug was repeatedly caught out by counsel blatantly lying under oath.

The upshot of the case was however that the Judge did not grant possession of the flat to the local authority. This was by now beyond farce. The result of this was that this idiot judge condemned me to yet another one and a half years of hell; featuring more loud noise, abuse, violence and threats to kill me.

In the autumn of 2002 we, the local authority and I, were back in court. This time at Haywards Heath County Court with Judge Edwards presiding.

The thug had just carried on his activities of abuse, noise and threats as if nothing had happened at all.

The prosecution gave its evidence and then it was the turn of the defence. The thug had brought a friend to the court to give evidence for his case. They had cooked up the lie that they had fallen out on a recent holiday, which they had been on together; but the friend was still prepared to give evidence for his case. The friend lied repeatedly under oath and prosecution counsel caught him out. Defence council was in the meantime trying with all her effort to perpetrate some lies of her own and clearly had no qualms of any kind about doing so.

Eventually the Judge, having made a careful and deliberate summing up in which he made subtle comments about the evidence offered by the defence; came to his decision.

He found in favour of the local authority and granted them possession of the property thus evicting the thug.

This was however not the end of the matter. In the following five years since he was evicted he has taken every opportunity to threaten me. I have lost count of the number of times he has said he will ‘kill’ me.

Each time I phone the police, but they have no interest in stopping the harassment so once again I’m on my own. They will not listen to my complaints; they will not listen to anything that I have to say.

On the other hand they do everything they can to shield the thug and all his kind because its so much easier to ignore the victims of crime; after all they are consistently perceived as weak and therefore easy to dismiss.

On another matter, I have also experienced the same worthlessness from Sussex Police.

Some years ago my car was stolen and later recovered. The thief who took it was later named as Jason Charles as a result of having left his blood on the starter assembly of my car.

But to this day I cannot take any legal action against him because Sussex Police are, and always have been, actively protecting him from any prosecution.

Among the idiots I have had the misfortune of encountering in Sussex Police there are: PS Burkby (appropriately named) who was such an idiot he actually gave the weapon used to assault me, back to the thug and threatened me with arrest if I did not turn the implement over to him to do so. His colleague PC Bunby was similarly an incompetent waste of space.

Others for whom it was clearly far too much trouble to do anything useful are:

Inspector Charnock, who appeared to have the attitude that it was just my hard luck.

PC MacDonald DM015, who has expended the most astonishing amount of effort to protect the car thief Jason Charles.

PS Fanner DF040, who worked with PC MacDonald to protect the car thief.

DCI S.W. Voice, at Malling House in Lewes, whose function appears to be to put complainants off by slowly grinding them down by ignoring them for long enough such that they will go away.

PC B923 and PC DB880 who were so incompetent that they preferred the lies of the thug to the truth from the victim.

DI Hoy whose only concern was to grind down the will of the victim and be assisted in this by PC Pink CP 615.

DS Welfare at Lewes, who did everything to delay and waste time hoping that I would go away.

Superintendent Westlake at Crawley, who had no interest in doing anything other than finishing his career and retiring as soon as he could, to avoid the inconvenience of doing any work.

DCI K.E. Taylor at Lewes, whose only function appears to have been to protect Chief Constable Jones from having to deal with the victims of crime.

DSup C. Pople at Lewes, who does not appear to have any purpose at all.

DI Pentny, who has served no purpose of any kind whatsoever other than to be obstructive.

DI Mitchell at Lewes, a fake investigator, clearly trained to waste other people’s time and do as little as possible.

PC Couchman CC224, at Crawley, who consistently claims that he cannot trace the thug, even when Sussex Police have been told where he is to be found.

These matters still remain unresolved well into the tenure of Chief Constable Edwards whose personnel continue to deliberately do nothing.

You may, dear reader, ask why this website has been produced.

It is because everyone involved in the matters featured above have done nothing to resolve them and have in fact expended much time and effort to waste the time of the damaged party clearly in the hope of grinding such down. They, no doubt, have done so in the hope that I will go away.

Other notably worthless personnel working for Sussex Police are: EO107 Martin, Veronique Derrick, Emma Cranfield, Inspector Brydon CB821, Adela Potten Inspector K. Ellis and Charlotte Dunn.
